We have introduced a corporate auditor system, in order to ensure the effective functioning of corporate governance in order to fulfil our social responsibilities while promoting sustainable growth and development. Our Board of Directors includes outside directors with a high level of expertise, and a Board of Corporate Auditors, the majority of whom consist of highly independent outside auditors. We therefore believe that this system secures appropriate decision-making while reflecting third-party perspectives, as well as sound supervision of business operations, enabling us to maintain the health and legality of our corporate management.
